Multi-time Canadian mountain bike champion Richard Pelchat really has racing in his blood, nothing less! Even though he competes less often, his passion and taste for adrenaline hasn’t waned.

In this very interesting podcast, hosted by Anthony Marcotte, you will learn that the athlete, now an entrepreneur, will be back at the Grand Prix Ski-Doo de Valcourt this winter, where he has many memories and anecdotes. And this, to the delight of racing fans!

It was in the birthplace of snowmobiling that Pelchat was first introduced to ATV on ice competitions. He also tells of his memorable experience when he was the first to set foot on the track! Today, the veteran operates his company, RP Race, in Saint-Isidore and develops performance parts; a way for him to give back to his sport.

After racing across the country and even in the United States, Richard Pelchat hung up his helmet in 2012. However, like many participants, passion still burned in him. That’s why he has decided to get back in the saddle a few times a year and compete with the young succession that is setting in.

Throughout his career, Richard Pelchat thirsted for victory. And once again, he wants to get on the top step of the podium at Valcourt. An event he did not want to miss and where the followers stayed until the last race!

Here is a podcast that will put a smile on your face and teach you more about an athlete who loves being on the track and raising the crowds. An episode not to be missed !
